Training materials

 

A series of training sessions are provided to BRIDGE participating teachers to prepare them for their involvement in the BRIDGE Project.  These include:

  • 'pre-departure briefing' including preparation for travel to Australia, understanding of project-based learning and furthering IT skills for visiting teachers from Asia
  • 'understanding Australia' workshops and site visits on Australian society, culture, education and history for visiting teachers from Asia in Australia
  • 'use of new technologies (ICT) to support online collaborative activities in the classroom' for Australian and Asian participants in Australia

All of the materials delivered durng these sessions are available for download to assist teachers in further developing their skills and sharing their experiences with colleagues.
